Hello. I'm recently approved as an Apple developer and our company is wondering what the timeline is from app submission to Apple publishing in the app store.

Time To Launch App
Depends on the complexity of the app, and what the app does.
Updates to an existing app are generally quicker than the first submission of a new app.
Does it matter? If you need to have the app working from a certain date, you can set the release date in App Store Connect, so you can submit it, get it approved and delay the release until everything else is ready.

By experience, typically between 4 hours and 1 day.
Delays are longer if there is an issue and app is initially rejected.
However, as you can read on this forum, some developers experience long delays (usually because of a submission problem which may require call to support).
