Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open application
2. Open Rule Editor
3. Manually change the window’s position and size (move it to another place on screen and resize it)
4. Close window
5. Reopen the same window without restarting application
6. Restart application
7. Open the same window again

Expected Behavior

Rules Editor does not remember state at all
Settings window loses saved position and size after application restart

Actual Behavior

Rule editor window position and size should be saved and restored after closing/reopening the window and after application restart
