Hello, I'm a long-time user and a big fan of this translation extension.

This extension is incredibly powerful and useful, but since it was built on Manifest V2, it is unfortunately no longer compatible with the latest versions of Chrome. It needs to be refactored for Manifest V3, but it appears to be unmaintained as there haven't been any updates for a long time.

Initially for my own personal use, I forked this project and, with the help of Copilot, refactored it to Manifest V3. I'm writing this post to share it with anyone else who might want to use it.

Please note that to release this faster, some features (like the PDF viewer) have been temporarily removed. I will do my best to add them back soon.
