Add a step to the auto-format PR to generate the opcode metadata

Adding a step to our [auto format PR](https://github.com/RustPython/RustPython/blob/c2bfdf30bd32a093f12ac61b486aaf298514e4b2/.github/workflows/pr-auto-commit.yaml) pipeline to run [scripts/generate_opcode_metadata.py](https://github.com/RustPython/RustPython/blob/c2bfdf30bd32a093f12ac61b486aaf298514e4b2/scripts/generate_opcode_metadata.py) will ensure our bytecode metadata are always updated
