Query Loop: Add unique html anchors to each post to enable Page Jumps within QL's results #55180

Users are unable to create jump links for content generated using the Query Loop Block.
It is possible to set an ID in the block, or an inner block element, but these are repeated for all generated posts/pages, so they are not usable.
Jump links are fantastic. This would be a lovely "small details matter" quality of life enhancement for all WP users.
What is your proposed solution?
Give each post in the QL results an ID/HTML anchor that can be targeted when creating page jumps.
