Description

Coming from here: Automattic/wp-calypso#97440 I was able to replicate this on an iPad with Chrome, but the user replicated using Brave and Microsoft Edge, on a Windows and an Android tablet.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Created or open a new page
  2. Make sure there's text on it or add some
  3. Click around the text area to see if the cursor follows your tap
  4. tap outside or hold to scroll but from the side of the text container
  5. Check if the cursor will follow your tap within the text paragraphs
