Description

When I add an Image block inside a Group block where this Group block is inside a Row block, I'm not able to resize the image using the resize handles.

What I expected

I should be able to resize the image using resize handles.

What happened instead

I'm not able to resize the image using resize handles.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Create or open a post or page.
2. Add a Row block.
3. Add a Group block inside the Row block.
4. Add a Image block inside the Group block.
5. Now try to resize the image using the resize handles.
