Expected Behavior

feast apply should take somewhat few minutes, preferably with a progress bar.

Current Behavior

feast apply currently take way over 10 minutes for large-scale projects (over 50 FVs), and the progress bar is invisible. It's hard to say what's happening until it eventually applies (or not).
