Add a blog post on feature versioning support.

Should be based on #6101 and note that this is still experimental and we're inviting folks to give feedback on the approach.

We should note it's only supported for SQLite for now just for allowing users to test but we will add new online stores based on demand.

Should highlight the complexity of feature versioning, particularly the challenges in correctness for materialization of different versions and the tradeoffs that come with it.
