  1. MAJOR: Add first v2 changes 

    Changes:
- added agent-check to server
- added runtime/ url container
- moved process_info to runtime/ url
- added runtime/server endpoints and model
- added runtime/stick_tables and runtime/stick_table_entries
endpoints and models
- added runtime/commands endpoint and models
- renamed haproxy.yaml to configuration.yaml in both models and
paths to better represent their contents
