We need to introduce validation on Snippet Titles and components length, most importantly limits.

Snippet titles should not exceed a certain amount of characters and maybe even match a regex.
Snippet component contents should also be limited in size and there must be a limit for component counts.

(Some of these limits must only apply to sheets that are uploaded/shared)
