I personally prefer when using the website on mobile for the top bar to stay in place when i have the on-screen keyboard up, this is not hard to accomplish in basic theory as I have personally implemented a setup where I inject the interactive-widget=resizes-content tag into the viewport properties, but I wonder if this is worth a PR and worth implementing officially as it might require reconsidering how rendering is done (other than just a single line PR to app.html)
