The toolbar icon appears to always show the badge with the number of active scripts regardless of the "Show Toolbar Count" setting.

Reproduction steps:

1. Disable "Show Toolbar Count" in the extension's settings page.
2. Navigate to a tab with an active script/style while injection is enabled.
