How to generate proto files.

Download compiler from https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/releases.

Download any.proto from https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/tree/master/src/google/protobuf, place it at google/protobuf/any.proto.

Run Gen.bat under src\TensorFlowNET.Core\Protobuf folder.
