Refund has now been processed but only AFTER I left a negative review and said I would do more.
Thankful they reviewed as I specifically asked for plans to be cancelled by them the day BEFORE renewal, but still concerned over the manner this was handled
Receiving what appears to be AI generated emails / customer support - with no real concern / recognition over the issue I was addressing and just copy pasting a load of BS
I will be leaving Hostinger to domains only at best moving forward.
