Refund has now been processed but only AFTER I left a negative review and said I would do more.

Thankful they reviewed as I specifically asked for plans to be cancelled by them the day BEFORE renewal, but still concerned over the manner this was handled

Receiving what appears to be AI generated emails / customer support - with no real concern / recognition over the issue I was addressing and just copy pasting a load of BS

I will be leaving Hostinger to domains only at best moving forward.

Absolute disgrace and thieves

Absolute disgrace and thieves.

I asked for a Google workspace plan (x6) to be cancelled as their UI is shocking

They didn’t cancel and are now claiming refunds are unavailable

Ultimately stolen the best part of £500

Never ever again will I use these and I suggest you don’t either

Some products, like Google Workspace plans, have different refund terms as publicly available in our Refund Policy (hostinger.com/refund-policy). This happens. Hostinger is a reseller of these services, so we forward the fee our customers pay directly to the service provider (Google, in this case). As they don't issue refunds for the products paid for, we cannot send the amount back to our customers.

Fiducia is way ahead of the game

Fiducia is way ahead of the game.

A must have if you are managing thousands of members inside of skool, the automation features are intuitive and the member management aspects are a must for pipeline management

Highly recommend for anyone utilising skool to manage their community
