15 Days of Unresolved Domain Suspension - Pathetic Support Experience
I am extremely disappointed with Hostinger's service. My domain has been suspended for the last 15 days without any valid reason. Despite submitting all the required documents multiple times, there has been no resolution.
I have been repeatedly told to 'wait' for 15 days. Recently, a representative named Yassine promised a resolution 'within hours,' but I am still waiting with no results. This delay is causing a massive loss to my business and SEO rankings.
Hostinger team, please look into this immediately and restore my domain.

We investigated the case and saw that your domain was suspended by the registrar (which is the organization that manages domains). We sent them the requested documents as soon as you provided them, but it was necessary to wait for them to investigate the situation and unsuspend your domain, as it didn't happen on our side.
