Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this:
According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team.
There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says:
If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program.
So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this:
Log on to Developer > Account.
Select the correct team at the top right.
Scroll down to the “Membership details” section.
Look at the “Enrolled as” field.
If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below.
If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership.
If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us.
Share and Enjoy

I am unable to renew my Apple Developer Program membership because the renewal button is completely missing from every platform and location where I've looked:
Apple Developer website
Apple Developer app on iPhone
Apple Developer app on Mac
Subscriptions settings
I have attempted multiple troubleshooting steps without success:
Tried multiple devices
Tested different browsers
Cleared cache and cookies
Signed out and back in
Attempted private browsing mode
The renewal button simply does not appear anywhere.
Why This Cannot Be Self-Resolved:
The self-service renewal system is broken or inaccessible
Phone support is not available in my country
Previous support emails have gone unanswered
There is no alternative path forward available to me
Impact:
My apps are offline or at risk of removal
I am losing users and revenue daily
My membership is about to expire, making my development account inactive
Important Context:
This appears to be a widespread issue affecting developers globally, as documented across Reddit and Apple developer forums. Other developers who have access to phone support report the issue is resolved in under 15 minutes. However, that option does not exist for me due to regional limitations.
I need assistance with a manual renewal process. This ticket requires escalation, as self-service options are completely unavailable to me. Any guidance or direct assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Good Afternoon!! I have an entire team ready to develop my app but I'm having trouble getting approved. I'm burning money by the day but I know I'm just a small business in the scale of importance. How long will it take to get approved and is there anything I can do to help?
Hello everyone,
I’m looking for some guidance to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program membership.
About one week ago, I completed the payment for the membership. I received an email with the subject:
We’re processing your order Wxxxxxxxxxx
That email included the order details and cost, and shortly after that, I also received the CFDI invoice for the payment, so the charge appears to have been completed successfully.
However, up to now:
I have not received any membership confirmation email
The membership does not appear under Subscriptions in my Apple ID
It is not active in the Apple Developer app
On the Apple Developer website, I still see the usual message as if the membership was not purchased:
“Purchase your membership to continue your enrollment. Buy today”
I understand Apple mentions that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process, but it has now been more than a week with no changes.
Has anyone else encountered this situation?
Is it normal to receive the invoice but not have the membership activated?
Would you recommend contacting Apple Developer Support at this point?
Thanks in advance for any help or shared experiences.
I have been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for the past two weeks, but I keep encountering different errors. Most of the time, I receive a 404 error page saying, “Something went wrong. Try again.”
Three days ago, $100 was deducted from my bank account by Apple, but my developer account status still shows “Pending.”
Apple states that “Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process,” but it has now been more than 48 hours and there has been no update.
I have already:
Sent an email to devpayment @apple.com
with screenshots and full details (no response).
Opened a case through Apple Developer Program Support and only received an automated reply saying, “Thank you for contacting us.”
At this point, it feels like there is no real support available to resolve this issue.
Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it?
Thank you.
Hello Apple Developer Support Team,
I am looking for guidance regarding a prolonged Apple Developer Program enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community or Apple Developer Support team.
I created an Individual Apple Developer account on 10 January 2026 and completed the payment successfully on 11 January 2026. Since then, the enrollment status has remained pending, and I am still unable to access App Store Connect, create certificates, or manage identifiers.
Here is what I have already completed from my side:
• Verified my Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled
• Submitted all required information and provided proper documents during enrollment
• Checked for any pending agreements or additional actions in the developer portal
• Opened an official support case via Apple Developer Contact Support
• Followed up multiple times on the same case
Unfortunately, it has now been more than one month, and there has been no response or update from the Apple Developer Support team, while the account remains in pending status.
I kindly request guidance from the community and, if possible, visibility from Apple Developer Support regarding the following:
• Is there any direct escalation process for enrollment issues?
• Are there alternative ways to contact Apple when a support case remains unanswered?
• Could there be any additional verification steps that are not visible in the portal?
Any professional advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Hi all,
I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled.
Context
Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization)
My role in App Store Connect: Admin
I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked.
The Account Holder can access CIP normally.
What I see (Problem)
In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get:
“Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.”
In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load.
Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not.
What we’ve tried / confirmed
Membership is active (renewal date is valid)
Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID
Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal
Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP
Questions
For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles?
Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People?
If Admin in App Store Connect is not sufficient, what additional role/setting is needed to grant CIP access?
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on February 3, 2026. The payment was completed successfully at the time of enrollment, but my membership status has remained “Pending” since then.
So far:
No request for additional documents or identity verification
No phone call from Apple
No follow-up email other than the payment confirmation
Apple Developer Support has been contacted, but no response yet
I understand that verification can take some time, but the complete lack of communication is concerning, especially since this is blocking active development and release planning.
If this is a known backlog or system-wide delay, some transparency from Apple would help. I’d also appreciate hearing whether others who enrolled in early February are seeing the same prolonged “Pending” state.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can share recent experiences or escalation paths.
Hello!
This is already my third post regarding this issue.
I have been waiting for almost a month and have sent approximately 10 emails to Apple Developer Program Support. I have received no response at all — no updates, no explanations, and no assistance.
What makes this situation particularly unacceptable is that Apple Support is clearly active and responding to similar enrollment issues in other forum threads. Seeing support help others while completely ignoring my case for an entire month is extremely frustrating and difficult to justify.
This level of silence from Apple is not just disappointing — it reflects a serious breakdown in the enrollment support process.
It has been days I made the payment I have heard nothing from Apple, our deadline is being pushed over and over again we are loosing customers to our competitors.
I have already reached out via the formal support channel but have not received a response beyond the automated acknowledgment.
Hello,
I’m posting here to seek guidance or visibility regarding a delayed Apple Developer Program enrollment.
I completed my organization enrollment over three weeks ago and provided a valid D-U-N-S number, which is correctly listed and verifiable. Since submitting the enrollment:
The status has remained unchanged
I’ve contacted Apple Developer Support three times via email
I’ve received no response or timeline updates
There is no option shown to request a phone call
At this point, I’m unable to proceed with TestFlight, app distribution, or further development planning, and the lack of communication has made it difficult to understand next steps or expected timelines.
If anyone from Apple Support or the community can advise:
Whether this delay is expected
If additional verification steps are required
Or how best to escalate appropriately
I’d really appreciate the guidance.
Thank you for your time.
I've requested app development and am currently publishing it, but I can't contact the app development company and am unable to pay the annual fee to Apple. I don't know my registered account, so what should I do? I contacted Apple Japan, but they only handle personal inquiries and cannot handle business app development requests, so they suggested I post a question on this website. Thank you in advance.

I am trying to create a developer account for my organization. I have validated our DUNS number and Entity Name on https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/.
However, when I try to add this number to create a developer account, I get a pop-up suggesting a mismatch in the entity and DUNS number.
I have tried this several times without any success.
Request you to please help me resolve this issue.
Thanks.
Sanket
I applied for the Apple Developer Program on January 31, 2026, and as of today (February 5, 2026), my enrollment is still showing as Pending.
The payment was completed successfully at the time of application. Since then:
I have not received any requests for additional documents or verification.
I have contacted Apple Developer Support twice, but have not received any response so far.
I understand processing times can vary, but the lack of response from support is concerning.
Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently?
Is there any recommended escalation path or alternative way to reach the Developer Support team?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this delay is impacting my app release timeline.
Thank you.
I’m seeking guidance on how to move an enrollment forward that has stalled. I submitted my application for the Apple Developer Program on Feb-2, and the 48-hour processing window has now passed.
have already reached out via the formal support channel but have not received a response beyond the automated acknowledgment. This delay is currently blocking the scheduled distribution of a macOS application and impacting our development timeline.
