Use the presence of the source of TFN/TFNumber and TFF/TFFilename messages as a criterion of disabling the AOD reader, instead of the mctracks-to-aod converter. Move the responsibility to provide the TFN/TFF to the injecting tasks from the converter. Improve hepm publisher to reduce memory copying.

This does not affect existing workflows using dpl-eventgen or kine/hempc-publisher tasks, but will allow us to define proper embedding simulations tasks, driven by the input AOD files.
