DTS service (http) of
smoke_test.pyis integrated and functional, CI pipeline was updated so DTS service runs independently.Services in
/tesp-api/docker-compose.yamlwere deleted and instead are run separately by/tesp-api/docker/dts/docker-compose.yamlAdditional changes/updates:
