This pull request adds a new Portuguese (pt-BR) translation of the package publishing guide and updates an image reference in the English documentation to use the
.webpformat for better performance. The translation ensures Brazilian Portuguese speakers have access to up-to-date instructions for releasing npm packages, including details on OIDC trusted publishing.Internationalization:
