Step 1:

introduce SChoice/SCase mapping to lys_node_choice and lys_node_case

Step 2:

introduce when expression on relevant schema nodes

Step 3:

look at the Schema Diff engine to implement WhenAdded/WhenRemoved


          schema: provide SCase/SChoice types.
