Added a short beginner-friendly explanation of Angular signals in the signals tutorial intro.

Motivation

While following the tutorial, beginners may not immediately understand what signals are before starting the steps.
This small clarification helps provide quick conceptual context.

Changes

  • Added a brief definition of signals in tutorials/signals/intro/README.md

Let me know if any refinements would be helpful.

Improved wording to clarify how beginners can verify their environment and IDE are correctly set up after running the app.
Added a short explanation of Angular signals to make the tutorial easier for beginners to understand.

I added this small clarification because beginners following the tutorial might not immediately understand what signals are before starting the steps.

Happy to refine the wording if needed.

Hi, thank you for your suggestion. As you can see the following paragraph mentions that this tutorial is for users that are already aware of the essentials.

This paragraph doesn't add much to it.
