Use cargo-lambda to build the binary. Remove the Dockerfiles used before.

Are the musl targets still recommended when creating a lambda extension or are they not necessarily required any longer?

It is not strictly required. But I don't want to build separate binaries for both al2 and al2023. Musl makes it simpler to maintain and easier to use.
