Updated @JsonProperty annotation in HierarchicalChunkDocumentRequest and HybridChunkDocumentRequest to rename options to convert_options per the spec.

Updated `@JsonProperty` annotation in `HierarchicalChunkDocumentRequest` and `HybridChunkDocumentRequest` to rename `options` to `convert_options`.
