Tested in v...566 - seems to work as advertised. I was able to view and edit package comments, even if the manifest class did not yet exist. @JurajKubelka |

GtPackageCommentStrategyfor managing package comments, plus all the required plumbing up to the new class methodforPackage:onGtDocumenter.
