Pull request overview
This PR makes Java framework and library coverage more explicit by promoting 18 frameworks from the generic "Others" category to individual named entries in the documentation. The changes update both the CSV framework list and the reStructuredText coverage documentation to list these frameworks separately with their specific package prefixes.

The alphabetical ordering is incorrect. 'Jackson' should appear before 'JBoss Logging' (J-a-c comes before J-B-o alphabetically). The entry should be moved to maintain consistency with the alphabetical ordering used in frameworks.csv.

The alphabetical ordering is incorrect. 'jOOQ' should appear before 'JSON-java' (j-O-O-Q comes before J-S-O-N when sorted case-insensitively). This entry should be moved earlier in the list to maintain alphabetical consistency with frameworks.csv.
