Pull request overview
Updates the Sonar GitHub Actions workflow to run reliably in the repo’s current org and with the project’s baseline JDK.
Changes:
- Adjust Sonar workflow PR-guard to only run on internal PRs from the
operator-frameworkorg (protects secret usage). - Change Sonar workflow JDK from 25 to 17 to match the project’s configured Java release level.
