Move reporting functionality to separate repository oxyplot-reporting
Move OpenXML and PdfSharp projects to separate repo
Move functionality out of OxyPlot core to the oxyplot-contrib repository
Complete Pdf export in core library (unicode support)

Consider more breaking changes on architecture
- move view-model/presentation-model responsibility out of PlotModel?
- remove events in PlotModel
- remove WPF "mirror"-classes that can be used in XAML
