Description
This defines the main CI workflow run by GitHub Actions. The workflow runs all the quality code tools and tests. All the jobs are executed using Nox.
Coverage reports are uploaded to Codecov.io.
GitHub's Dependabot configuration file is also added to track and update dependencies in
pipandgithub-actionsecosystems.
