Overview
This PR restructures the plotly.py repo to break the
plotlypackage into three distribution packages.plotlymodules have been moved into a top-levelplotly-packagedirectory, with a setup.py file to publish as theplotlydistribution package.chart_studiomodule has been moved into a top-levelchart-studio-packagedirectory, with a setup.py file to publish as thechart-studiodistribution package.plotly/package_datahave been moved to the_plotly_geomodule under theplotly-geo-packagedirectory. A setup.py file has been added to publish these shape files asplotly-geodistribution package.
