Description

This should go together with the announcement of CRS GA and the application of init bundles.
I'm not adding a changelog entry:
- since the above is not mentioned there either
- in order not to introduce conflicts when cherry picking into 4.10 branch.

I can only see methods and field deprecations not any message deprecations in that directory so I guess not?
