Description

Follow-up for ROX-33875: ensure the scanner code and the dependencies that were pulling pgx v4 are migrated to v5.

Testing and quality

  • the change is production ready: the change is GA, or otherwise the functionality is gated by a feature flag
  • CI results are inspected

Automated testing

Dependency bump. The existing test harness should be sufficient.
