Venue, Listing, and Event Scheduling

Venue Agreement

Please use this template to secure your event space. Even if the venue is free, a representative must sign the agreement for our global insurance coverage to apply. You can edit the template as needed.

To finalize the agreement:

  1. Have the venue representative sign the document.
  2. Email it as a single PDF to support@wordcamp.org.
  3. A member of our team will countersign it, return it to you, and move your event to the next step.

If you have any questions, reach out to the community in the #campusconnect channel on the WordPress.org Slack workspace.

WPCC Listing

The next step is to complete your WPCC listing on WordCamp Central. This listing will appear publicly on the official schedule, so make sure to include all key event details – your event name, date, location, and a brief description.

Once your listing is complete, let us know! We’ll review the details and update your event’s status so it can be added to the official schedule.

Final Review and Schedule

A Community Program Supporter will review your event details and schedule your event. Once everything is set, they’ll let you know that your event website is ready to launch.
