Use of the website and the platform involves the collection of cookies, which are small pieces of data with information that are downloaded to your device through your browser.

1.1. Scope of Application. This Policy applies when the Controller processes cookies of the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives.

By using the functionality of the Platform, Users may also independently process cookies of other individuals on the Projects, including when applying protection systems against DDoS attacks and automated requests, as well as in case of disabling the simplified statistics mode in the Project settings and/or when using third-party metrics.

If such cookies are recognized as Personal Data under applicable legislation, the User shall independently ensure the lawfulness of their collection, storage and further processing. The Controller processes third-party cookies, acting on behalf of the User in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.

1.2. Types of Cookies. In accordance with the generally accepted classification, the Controller may collect and process:
1) essential cookies that enable the operation of the Website and the Platform;
2) functional cookies necessary to save the settings of the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives.

On certain subdomains of the Website, the Operator also collects analytical cookies that make it possible to obtain statistics for the purpose of improving the user experience.

2. Controller’s Cookies

2.1. Ensuring the Website Functioning. The Controller processes essential and functional cookies of visitors in order to ensure the Website functioning, including to ensure the transition to its regional version. Such processing shall be carried out based on the Controller's legitimate interest:

2.2. Technical Functioning of the Platform. For the purpose of engineering support of the Platform functioning, the Controller processes essential functional cookies of the Users and their Representatives.

3. Third-Party Cookies

3.1. Request Verification. In order to verify requests during registration and authorization on the Platform, the Controller uses SmartCaptcha service owned by Yandex.Cloud LLC. To analyze behavioral characteristics, Yandex.Cloud LLC processes cookies of the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives, acting on behalf of the Controller:

The Controller does not have access to the cookies processed when using the SmartCaptcha service, nor is it able to control their collection by the owner of the service.

3.2. Posting and Displaying Videos. The Controller uses integrations with third-party services to display video on the Website and/or the Platform. Owners of such services may independently collect cookies on the Website and/or the Platform independently of the Controller in order to ensure the operability of the integrations.

The Controller recommends the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives to read the processing policies of these services, and in case of disagreement with their terms and conditions, disable collection of third-party cookies in the settings of the browser in the manner prescribed by the Policy.

3.3. Statistics Collection and Analytics. The Operator uses the Yandex Metrica service to analyze traffic and user behavior on a specific subdomain. Yandex LLC collects and processes analytical cookies of visitors to the Website’s subdomain:

4. Cookie Management

Essential cookies are necessary for the operation of the Website and the Platform and therefore cannot be disabled. However, the Website visitors, the Users and their Representatives shall be entitled to reject the collection of functional cookies by changing the cookie handling settings in the browser used.

Visitors to the Website’s subdomain may opt out of the collection of analytical cookies by changing the processing settings in their web browser or by refusing consent via the button in the pop-up banner.

Most browsers also provide for deleting previously collected cookies stored on the device. However, rejection of cookies and/or their deletion may negatively affect the interface of the Website, as well as make some functions of the Platform inaccessible.
