I am a customer of Shipito and I am filing this formal complaint due to a serious failure in service, lack of proper communication, and an unjustified refusal to issue a refund. I purchased products abroad, paid for the items, paid monthly fees, service charges, and shipping costs exactly as instructed by Shipito. However, none of the purchased items were ever delivered or effectively usable, as the shipment was discarded without proper notification. According to Shipito, the Brazilian postal service (Correios) allegedly attempted to collect customs duties in September 2025 and, due to non-payment, the shipment was classified as abandoned and later discarded. The issue is that I was never clearly, directly, or effectively notified of: any customs duty charges, any delivery attempts, any risk of abandonment, or the disposal of the shipment. At no point was I informed that immediate action was required on my part. Communication throughout the entire process was slow, unclear, and often non-responsive, which directly contributed to this situation. Key points: I paid for the products I paid Shipito monthly fees and service charges I followed the procedures provided by Shipito No items were delivered The service failed to fulfill its intended purpose Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter privately and professionally, the company has chosen to shift all responsibility to the customer and refuses to refund any amount, citing internal deadlines and lack of insurance — without acknowledging the failure to properly notify or communicate, which is the responsibility of the service provider. Given the above, I am requesting: 👉 A full refund of all amounts paid, including product costs, fees, monthly charges, and all related services. My goal is to resolve this issue fairly and transparently. If this matter is not resolved, I will continue to pursue my rights through other appropriate channels.

I received the wrong order and customer service was a pain to deal with. They took days to reply to my enquiry, and at the end of it the conclusion was that I had to file for a return and reorder again myself. Despite me telling them multiple times that I need the luggage urgently because I am leaving for a trip soon, customer service only replied me with an email that talked about the arrangement for the returns and I had to write yet another email to ask about the reordering. They then go on to tell me that they are giving me a 20gbp discount for my next order so I can "enjoy a better price than before", BUT here's the catch: originally I paid $1050 for my order and they are only refunding me $1035 (shipping was $15). Now, I frankly do not care about the difference in a few dollars, but what left a really bitter taste in my mouth is the lack of sincerity in this matter. No speedy resolution, not paying attention to what I was saying, needing me to follow up on matters, and the cherry on top would be to pretend that they are doing me a favour when they are not even refunding me the full amount for THEIR mistake.

TOTAL SCAM A friend asked me to order these pens which were supposedly being offered for £8.99 (completely misleading and NOT TRUE). See Order Summary below and see how they lied about the ‘so called’ total payment. Order Summary 6x Nail care pens (3 + 3 Free) £179.80. Shipping FREE Discount (-70%) = £125.86 Today’s Price = £53.94 (divided by 6 = £8.99 per pen). 3 are supposed to be ‘Free’ so the other 3 should come to a total payment of £26.97. I do not blame my friend because these people are devious and liars. I have contacted my bank and they can only issue a complete refund when my £53.94 has been paid out to these ‘crooks’. Never again.

I ordered a fridge for delivery a couple of days later as mine had stopped working I took the day off work only to find out right at the end of my delivery time slot that the fridge had not been delivered to the courier in time to deliver it and it was rescheduled for 4 days later! I cannot go without a fridge for 4 days and trying to cancel the delivery because i will be at work and because i need a fridge today has been stressful and really difficult, with no one being very helpful. I wish i had just gone to the shop in the first place.

I had a fantastic experience buying my new build property from William Davis and dealing with June Hall. The whole process was smooth, clear, and far less stressful than I expected. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions I had. Everything was explained clearly and I felt supported at every stage of the purchase. I’m absolutely delighted with my new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new build.

Ordered a fridge and freezer. Freezer didn't arrive, and fridge installed but door didn't shut. Freezer arrived, engineer drilled through my cabinet door. Third engineer fixed fridge door, and noticed that the freezer door wasn't on properly either. Main problem: the call centre in Morocco, hard to understand a word. It took 6 phone calls, over 3 hours, to get them to sort. Completely useless. Won't buy white goods from any company with an overseas customer helpline again, sorry John Lewis.

I ordered a song for valentines day for my husband. I paid the money for 1 hour expediting. I got the song in 1 hour but even after I listed my kids age when submitting the info, they have them backwards in the song. They offer 1 remake so I emailed them. The lady says they'd have it back to me in 1-3 Business days which to me was long after paying for expediting but ok. I never got the remake and im on day 4. Dont use this company, if they mess up, you will not get your remake

I had reached the point of giving up and truly believed my case was impossible after being scammed out of £6,000. CES proved me wrong. They were incredibly supportive throughout the process. In particular, William — who first contacted me — was outstanding. He was professional, reassuring, and made me feel genuinely heard. It was clear he took my case seriously from the very beginning. It is a pay to earn platform. A pyramid scheme. They asked me to pay ksh 100 (a subscription) to do 2 surveys. Each survey is ksh 60. Therefore, I would gain ksh 20. There is no option to withdraw ksh 120. Withdrawals start from ksh 155. Therefore, you'd have to keep purchasing "subscriptions." A well-designed pyramid scheme.

Should have been fast delivery but Royal mail delivered to wrong address ....throughout the time Royal Mail took to locate parcel Holland Cooper were in constant touch & prior to actual delivery I was offered refund or replacement...Garment is so warm & cosy Just what granddaughter needs in this cold weather
