I updated the website few weeks ago, with the following changes: 1. Adding new page ‘Dinner Menu’ 2. Rename the buttons from ‘View Menu’,’Doordash’,’Ubereat’ to ‘Lunch Menu’ and ‘Dinner Menu’ in the frontpage 3. I added ‘Dinner Menu’ in the navigation bar. 4. I updated the text and added a new image in the front page.

I can see all these changes made on the using my laptop all the time. However, I checked with other devices, none of other people can see the changes made in the front page. I have tried to empty all the cache, but it still does not work. Especially, the customer still see my old buttons in the front page, and they all work well. If they click into ‘view menu’ button, they can still see my ‘Brunch Menu’ page, and the navigation bar in the ‘Brunch Menu’ page will still show the ‘Dinner Menu’ option.

Could you please suggest how I can fix this issue? Thank you!

Your host has integrated a caching plugin into your project. I would recommend clearing its cache. You should then see changes to content immediately. If you have any questions about this caching plugin, please contact your host Hostgator.

    Hello @sabrina525
    1. Can you please check if you have cache folder in your wp-content folder?
    2. If present delete the cache folder.
    3. As I checked with this url it is showing all the stuff you mentioned with new changes.

    4. As I can see you are using hostgator for hosting so check with them for clearing server side cache?
    5. Make sure if you are not using cloudflare. If you are using then please clear cache from there as well.

Let me know if you still facing the issue.
