help please! lost information

Hi, I am trying to log into my admin panel where i adjust and edit my web page but it seems ive forgot my password. I ahve tried the usual forgot password link but i come across an error that says my email isnt set up to recieve emails which then stops the process of me resettting my password. Can anyone help?
