We had multiple developers and hosting experts looking at why our website had suddenly stopped working. While we were focusing on the root cause, we also needed to ensure our site remained operational during one of the busiest times of the year. We had multiple dead ends in the investigation until we posted our findings on the WooCommerce forum. From the first post to resolution took 4 hours, after 3 days of chasing other possible causes and fixes.
