Unable to post or reply from @afhelpteam account

Hello moderators,

Our account @afhelpteam (official support account for AF Themes) has recently lost the ability to reply to reviews or create support topics on WordPress.org.

We were able to post normally before, but for about a month now, every time we try to reply or create a new topic, we see the message “You cannot reply to this review.”

Could you please check if our account has been restricted or flagged by mistake and help us restore posting access?
