Website gone Status 404

    Dear Support Forum Folks,

    I am so happy, that I finally found away to get in touch with you. My Website [ redundant link deleted ] went down with a Status 404. (The current website online is a different one). My provider suspects that me not updating the “Twenty Fourteen”-Theme for years has cause the issue.

    Can you guys help me to retrieve access to my webpage?

    PS. the other themes that my webpage is using:

    “patti”

    “twentyfifteen”

    “twentyfourteen”

    “twentythirteen”

    Could you let me know if you solved the issue with your hosting provider? When I click on the page, I see a working website.

    Thank you very much for your kind message. This is a temporary workaround website. I am having issue with my original website, but did find out that it is related to the theme “patty”. Would you be able to help me with this? And what information would you need?
