I am truly a novice at website building or maintenance. I have never attempted this before. It would have been a major disaster is not for the chat bot "Kodee". This chat bot is first I have ever encountered that could actually interpret complex questions and give accurate instructions. This has made this endeavor much more rewarding, making feel confident I can build and maintain a functional website for my small business.

I am still building my website, my own fault to much on my plate for a while, but thus far the experience has been good. I am very happy with the information I have gotten from the chat bot, Kodee, who seems to understand my questions with very little difficulty and the information provided most times helps me resolve the problem or question.

Very simple process handled by repair facility, excellent reimbursement for repair with prompt payment.

The site is simple and straight forward. You have the lens shape and cable temple frames I desire at a good price.

I was able to obtain the necessary information needed to order the correct size frames even though I lost a little over 70 lbs since getting my last set of frames. To make matters more complicated I change the type of frame to a cable temple frame and none of the local optometrist's offices seemed familiar with the difference in the fitting sizes. The frames arrived as indicated when ordered and were exactly as represented on the web site. I will be using frames direct again.
